Indian usage has a meaning of "pluralism" or not even that. Not sure what it even means in Indian usage, but it does not mean control by govt. by certain. <br /><br />I guess this means there needs to be an Indian English Dictionary that redefines these words because it is highly misleading to read all this with the meanings of american or british english dictionaries.
